We hope you are all enjoying the holiday season! 2009 has been a rather eventful year full of travels, which is partly why we’re staying close to home for the holidays this year.
Jill has landed a contract project with her former employer, Virgin Mobile, that will go until late January so she’s keeping very busy! Joe’s business, Merchant Guru, is also doing very well with a great new client in the Australian wine industry. His business partner (who happens to be an old college friend of Jill’s) is based out of Tahoe, so we managed to take a “business trip” last ski season, which was beneficial for all!
This year we officially became Mr. and Mrs. Fletcher – first in January in San Francisco’s City Hall, and then again in May on the beaches of San Jose del Cabo. We marked the occasion with a quick addition to the family – our rescued pup, Rocky, who is an American Eskimo/Pomeranian mix. Rocky has kept us on our toes with all of his puppy shenanigans, but he provides us with hours of entertainment and joy!
We made it out to several weddings this year, including Joe’s brother Andy’s wedding in Wisconsin, Jill’s sister Lesley’s wedding in Portland, and a friend’s wedding in New Delhi, India! And in 2010 we look forward to more travel, more weddings, and more visits from you all! You’re always welcome in San Francisco!
