OCCUPANCY ROOM RATE PER NIGHT CATEGORY
Single or Double: $200.00 USD Garden View
Single or Double: $220.00 USD Superior Room
Single or Double: $240.00 USD Lanai Room
The above room rates are:
· Based on single or double occupancy, per room, per night
· The applicable taxes, currently at 11.2% included in rate
Early arrivals and extended departures at the group rate, are applicable three (3) days before and after the group dates and are subject to availability.
PRICES FOR CHILDREN & AN EXTRA PERSON:
* Children under 5 years of age, stay free with parents in the same room
* Children from 6 to 12 years of age, have an additional charge of US $35.00 daily, plus applicable tax.
* An extra person older than 13 years of age, will incur an additional charge of US $60.00 daily, plus applicable tax.
* No more than 3 adults in a room allowed.
INCLUDED IN THE RATE:
* 24 Hours of Room Service. (Selected Menu / Service charge per delivery of $2.50 usd)
* All meals-Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, and Dinner a la carte and buffets. (Menus may change daily.)
* All beverages to include domestic and international brands from our pool bars and restaurants.
* Complimentary use of hotel facilities such as 2 lighted tennis courts & fitness center.

Note: There are some items on the menus that are subject to surcharge.
ROOM CANCELLATION
* Rooms cancelled between 125 – 50 days prior to group arrival date are subject to one night All Inclusive room charge plus any applicable taxes and fees.
* Rooms cancelled 49 days prior to group arrival date and No Shows will be charged for the entire dates of reservation plus any applicable taxes and fees.
Notice of any cancellation must be received in writing and fee is payable no later than 30 days after the cancellation has occurred.
